Objects Series

“Shakti” is a Sanskrit term meaning “power,” “power,” or “energy,” and it is often associated with the life force of a living being or a place. I interpret the term Shakti as referring to the power emanating from an object, which may find its source or purpose in a ritual or be associated with a legend, belief, or tradition.

The works in this series focus on various objects, some of which possess this intense manifestation. Placed on a vertical axis and often symmetrically, these objects are surrounded by juxtaposed touches that accentuate the notion of energy emanating from them.
